Cookies
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. The cookies are very simple in terms of ingredients, and what sets them apart is the aroma of zest and cinnamon. You don’t have to decorate the cookies—they’re delicious on their own; I used confectioner’s sprinkles. If you like, you can decorate the top with icing, sprinkle with chopped nuts, or simply dust with powdered sugar before serving. These cookies keep quite well in tin jars, but as a rule they disappear in an instant. It’s a wonderful idea to involve children in the process—they’ll definitely be delighted. They can be served with tea or coffee.
