Cookies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Self-rising flour is perfect for these cookies. If using self-rising flour, omit the baking soda and baking powder. To shape the cookies, simply roll a piece of dough between your palms into a ball. Place them apart from each other on the baking sheet, as they expand significantly during baking. Check for doneness with a toothpick—if it comes out dry when inserted into the cookie, they're ready. These cookies can be enjoyed either cooled or warm, and can be served with tea or coffee.
