Description
Sour cream cookies are easy to prepare at home. Recipe: 1. In a cool room, knead the dough using the available ingredients (you can optionally add thyme), then leave it to rest overnight. 2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5–6 mm, cut out the desired cookie shapes, and brush the tops with egg. To decorate the cookies, sprinkle nuts or sugar on top. 3. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes at 180°C–200°C. Cookies are ready! ;) Serve cooled or slightly warm.
