Grate the frozen butter on a grater. In a deep bowl, mix flour and baking powder, then add the butter and rub everything into crumbs. Add the mixture of kefir and egg. Knead the dough, then place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

To prepare the filling, rub sugar with flour and butter into crumbs. Divide the filling into 8 parts. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it in half. Roll out one piece of dough thinly, sprinkle with a portion of the filling, and gently press it into the dough. Fold the dough in half and roll it out thinly again. Then add more filling, fold in half once more, and roll out. The more layers you create, the tastier the cookies will be. Brush the dough with egg, prick it with a fork, and cut into triangles.
