    Pour the brine into a large bowl. Dissolve the sugar in it. Then add the oil and sift in all the flour with baking soda.

    Start mixing the sticky dough with a spoon.

    Then gradually add flour, kneading by hand into a stiff dough.

    Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out cookies from it. Transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with paper.
