Cookies with jam made with margarine
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. Here’s a simple recipe for cookies made with margarine and jam. Prepare a soft flaky dough using margarine, water, sugar, and flour. Refrigerate the dough overnight; in the morning, roll it out thoroughly. Cut out circles of different diameters and arrange them on a baking sheet to form the cookies. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F). Fill the cooled cookies with jam and enjoy. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
