Cookies with sour milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Semolina is added to the sour milk dough as an additional leavening agent. The semolina should be soaked in soured milk for several minutes until swollen. The butter should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so it softens at room temperature. Detailed recipe. Can be served with tea or coffee.
