Melt the butter in a double boiler. Slightly warm the milk. Sift the flour into a bowl, mixing it with instant dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Add the milk and melted butter to the flour.

Knead a soft and pliable dough. Add more flour if necessary. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for an hour and a half. During this time, the dough should double in size.

After the dough has risen, knead it with your hands and place it on a work surface. Then divide the dough into nine equal parts, rolling each into a ball.

Roll the resulting balls into long sticks. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sticks on it. Let them rise for half an hour.

Brush the surface of the sticks with water using a pastry brush once they have risen. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for fifteen minutes.
