Description
Homemade pastries for tea. You can pipe the cookies onto the baking sheet not only with a pastry bag, but also with a teaspoon. The main thing is to make them no more than 2 cm in diameter and at a noticeable distance from each other. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Whip into a fluffy, white mixture. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Whip once again with a mixer until fluffy.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to a piping bag. Pipe the dough onto the sheet in the form of "coins" no more than 2 cm in diameter. Leave space between them. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 8–10 minutes. Take into account the specifics of your oven!

Remove the parchment sheet with the finished cookies from the baking tray. Let them cool, then remove them from the paper. It is better not to remove hot cookies, as they wrinkle.
