Step 1

1. When starting the cooking process, do not fry or peel the almonds. Immediately grind them into crumbs using a blender or coffee grinder.
- 2
Step 2

2. Gradually add sugar and egg whites to the nuts, mixing the entire mixture with a blender; the whole process should take half a minute.
- 3
Step 3

3. Place the mixture over low heat, bring to a boil while constantly stirring. It should simmer at a temperature of 30 or 40 degrees. Make sure the sugar dissolves completely in the container.
- 4
Step 4

4. The next step involves adding flour and mixing thoroughly. You will get a dough similar to pancake batter.
- 5
Step 5

5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or special foil, then grease it with oil and dust with flour or semolina. Carefully place the dough onto the prepared surface. The cookies may spread during baking, so leave enough space between them to maintain their appearance. Make the dough rounds about 5 cm in diameter.

Step 6

6. Bake at 190 degrees. This will take only 15-17 minutes. Of course, baking time may vary depending on the oven. Try to keep an eye on the cookies, as they might be ready earlier than expected. Once fully baked, the cookies can be served.
