    1. Place the butter in a bowl and beat at medium speed until smooth. Add sifted powdered sugar and beat again. Add 1 egg yolk, then salt, tequila, lime zest, and orange zest, and beat. Reduce the mixer speed and gradually add flour, beating until smooth. Divide the resulting dough in half, wrap each piece in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. On a floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a rectangle about 2.5–3 cm thick. Wrap the rectangles in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. The dough can be tightly wrapped and stored chilled for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Prepare the sugar topping. Beat the remaining egg yolk in a small bowl. Mix confectioners' sugar and sea salt, then pour the mixture onto a sheet of wax paper. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, unwrap it, and lightly brush with the egg yolk. Roll in the sugar and salt mixture.
