Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. For this dish, you'll need cat-shaped baking molds. Although, you can easily make them yourself. It's been proven that kids love fun-shaped food, and they will definitely enjoy these sweets. Our dough will be the same as for gingerbread cookies, which we'll cover with icing. The baking is ready. Serve it at the table.

In another container, beat the butter and sugar together using a mixer. Add the egg and slightly warmed honey. Beat the mixture well.

Step 3

Mix the two resulting mixtures and knead the dough. Shape it into a ball and refrigerate for an hour and a half.

Step 4

Meanwhile, let's make the glaze. Take one egg white and beat it with a mixer into a foam. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Mix everything well. The glaze is ready. If you want to make different colors, add food coloring.

Step 5

Take out the dough and cut it with a cookie cutter. You can shape the cat outlines by hand, like I did. Place the cookies on a baking sheet (pre-greased with butter or, better yet, lined with parchment paper) and bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees. Then decorate your cats using food coloring or icing, as you prefer.
