Cookies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The "Cow" cookies take a while to prepare, but the result is worth it! Instead of chocolate, you can use condensed milk with cocoa. Even better—use caramelized condensed milk. The taste will be just as good, and the effect will be the same. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Most of the cooking for "Korovka" cookies will be done using a double boiler. Pour a little water into a saucepan. Place a second, smaller pan inside it—this is where we'll prepare the dough. First, melt the chocolate bar. Add pieces of butter to it as well.

Step 2

Next, add the sugar and mix. Sift the flour directly into the bowl through a sieve. Add the baking powder. Remove the chocolate mixture from the double boiler and add salt. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, add the eggs and mix thoroughly or beat the mixture well.

Step 3

Place the pot in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, for a couple of hours. Once the mixture has set well, start scooping out the dough with a spoon and shaping it into balls. Dip them in powdered sugar and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4

After this, place the tray in the refrigerator for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take the tray out of the refrigerator. Make sure the balls are spaced at least 2.5 cm apart, otherwise they will stick together. Place in the oven.

Step 5

The cookies are baked for a maximum of 10–15 minutes. Due to the temperature, the dough balls spread out and turn into flatbreads. These cookies have one distinctive feature: the chocolate part is soft, while the white part is crispy (thanks to the powdered sugar). Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.

Step 6

This is what the "Cow" cookie looks like. A sweet cow of chocolate-milk color. Children will be delighted. It's truly delicious!
