Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can use food coloring in any colors. Baking powder can be used instead of baking soda; you do not need to quench it with vinegar. Margarine can be substituted for butter. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Crack an egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar, and butter.

Add baking soda, neutralized with vinegar.

Add top-grade flour.

Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 small pieces and 1 large one. Add 2 drops of food coloring to each small piece and mix these pieces well.

Roll out a large piece with a rolling pin and cut it into rectangles. On each rectangle, place a strip of colored dough.

Now join the edges and roll each piece out so that you get strips with colored dough inside.

Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10–15 minutes.

Trim a little off the edge of each cookie so it looks like a pencil. The cookies are ready!
