
Goat milk cookies
Description
Goat's milk is considered healthier than cow's milk in terms of its qualities. Cookies made from this milk are very tasty and, consequently, very healthy. They can be served with tea or coffee.

1. Warm the milk. Sprinkle the yeast and sugar into it. Stir. Add a little sifted flour and knead the dough. Let the dough, like sour cream, rest for 30 minutes. Then add flour and knead the proper dough. The dough should become soft and elastic. Watch how much flour your dough absorbs to achieve this consistency.

2. Set the dough aside in a warm place until it “rises”. Toss the nuts and crush them.

3. Divide the ready dough into several parts and roll each layer into a small flatbread. Sprinkle nuts over all the flatbreads and roll them into little rolls. Brush the rolls with egg and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. It is best to preheat the oven to 180 °C in advance. Cut the baked rolls into pieces and dust them with powdered sugar. Delicious, beautiful, and healthy breakfast cookies are ready. They can be enjoyed with hot tea or goat's milk.
