Gingerbread cookies made with buckwheat and oat flour with apple
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. These buckwheat-oat flour cookies with apple are very easy and, most importantly, quick to make. The combination of buckwheat and oat flour gives a pleasant taste and a special touch. Plus, the cookies are rich in fiber and not overly sweet. The cookies are called "Smile." But my nephews unanimously declared they look like frogs, so now the cookies have two names :). I hope you'll enjoy this unusual treat as well. Serve with tea or coffee.
