Cookies from egg whites
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This amount of ingredients yields about 10-12 cookies. However, you can make them smaller and bake at 130 degrees. They are very sweet, so one or two pieces are enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. They can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 1

Take a dry bowl. Separate the egg whites and chill them slightly in the refrigerator. Add a pinch of salt and prepare the mixer.

Step 2

Now beat the egg whites with sugar using a whisk or mixer. You don't need to create a stiff foam—just make a light, airy mixture. Add honey, coconut flakes, and flour, then mix well. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and start shaping the cookies into small balls, then slightly flatten them. For convenience, periodically wet your hands. Place the cookies in neat rows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put the baking sheet into the oven preheated to 150 degrees Celsius. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the baked cookies from the oven and leave them on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. This is necessary for them to cool down and harden. Then transfer to a plate and serve.
