
Banana and oatmeal cookies
Description

They are perfect for a snack at work, or for dinner with a glass of yogurt or kefir. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Grind the oats in a blender. You can grind half of the flakes and leave the other half whole. In this case, the cookies will have a slightly coarser texture.

Peel very ripe bananas and blend them in a blender into a puree.

Place the banana puree in a bowl and add the ground oats. You can also add chopped nuts, raisins, or chopped dried apricots.

And mix the puree with oats into a homogeneous mass. Depending on the size of the bananas, the mixture may be thick or slightly thinner. Thicker mixture will result in firmer cookies, while the thinner one will produce more tender cookies.

Grease the baking sheet with oil. Shape the cookies; you should get 10-12 pieces.
