Cookies
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This cookie comes from Australian cuisine and is very popular in New Zealand, where it's known as "Ginger Crunch." It's best to use fresh ginger for a stronger aroma and spiciness. Sift the flour, as this enriches it with oxygen and improves the quality of the baked goods. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
