Simple cookies
Description
Delicious crumbly cookies made with a meat grinder. Remember these? I think everyone tried them at least once as a child. If you missed this experience, now is the perfect time to make up for it. I recommend involving children in the shaping process—they will really enjoy it. Let cool slightly or serve warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Put about 2/3 of the flour into a bowl and cut in the butter or rub it with your hands until crumbly.
- 2
Step 2

We mix the eggs with vanilla and regular sugar.
- 3
Step 3

Add the egg-sugar mixture to the oil-flour mixture.
- 4
Step 4

And mix thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the remaining flour with the baking powder and add to the resulting dough.
- 6
Step 6

And now knead the dough until smooth and uniform, making sure it doesn't stick to your hands. You can refrigerate the dough for 20–30 minutes, or bake it immediately.
- 7
Step 7

Grease the baking sheet with oil. Pass the dough through a meat grinder and cut the emerging dough strands every 5-7 cm to form cookies.
- 8
Step 8

One end of the strips can be pinched together, while the opposite end can be frayed to make the cookie resemble a flower more closely. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30–40 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Dust the cookies with powdered sugar and serve.
