Cheese cookie
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. You can make many different desserts from cottage cheese, for example, cheesecake, although its preparation is not that simple. However, it's much easier to make these cookies made from cottage cheese, flour, and butter. All ingredients are mixed together, then cut into desired shapes and baked. These cookies can be served at festive or everyday tables. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except sugar and knead the dough. Roll it out into a sheet up to one centimeter thick and cut out circles.

2. I pour granulated sugar onto a plate, then dip each round into the sugar, fold it in half, and dip it into the sugar again. Then I fold it once more to form a little triangle.

3. I cut the resulting shapes into the form of goose feet, doing the same with the remaining circles. I line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on it.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (until golden brown). Remove the baked cookies from the baking sheet and serve.
