Description
The taste of “Mushroom” cookies is familiar to everyone from childhood. These mushroom cookies turn out very similar to the real ones with this recipe. Little ones will gladly help you make this wonderful cookie. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar, egg, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.

2. From the resulting dough, form balls the size of a walnut.

3. Place the balloon onto the neck of a plastic bottle, first dipping the neck into a bowl of cocoa. Gently press the dough so that some of it ends up in the bottle, and rotate it. It turned out like a little mushroom.

4. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, stems up. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
