Cookies
Description
I'll say right away that you can use absolutely any jams, fruit preserves, or thick jam for the filling. The cookies can also be topped, if desired, with powdered sugar or icing, for example. You can experiment with this recipe for a long time :) The main advantage is the simplest dough, which even a beginner can handle. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. First of all, you need to turn on the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For the filling, I will use apple jam.
- 2
Step 2

2. Lightly salt the cottage cheese.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add a little sugar. Jam is usually sweet, so the dough should be more neutral.
- 4
Step 4

4. Add the flour.
- 5
Step 5

5. Knead the dough. It should be moderately soft and not stick to your hands.
- 6
Step 6

6. Pinch off a piece of dough, roll it out, and divide it into 4 parts.
- 7
Step 7

7. Trim the edges to get even rectangles. Place the filling on the edge.
- 8
Step 8

8. Carefully roll it up into a roll, leaving some of the dough. With a sharp knife, cut the dough as shown.
- 9
Step 9

9. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, slightly bending them. They turn out like these little combs. Send the baking sheet into the oven.
- 10
Step 10

10. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes until golden brown. I prefer not to overbake them so they stay soft.
- 11
Step 11

11. Before serving, let the liver cool a little and, if desired, dust with powdered sugar.
