Cookies
Description
Making galette cookies is easy for anyone—there's nothing complicated about the recipe or ingredients. The cookies are low-calorie and delicious. They keep well for a long time, so feel free to bake a large batch. You can shape them however you like: round, square, or diamond-shaped. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
