Description

The baking is simple and quick. "Hedgehogs" cookies melt in your mouth. They are delicious, look beautiful, and will become a highlight of both children's and adults' celebrations. Preparing "Hedgehogs" cookies can be divided into two stages—baking the cookies and making the chocolate glaze. Then you just need to dip the cookies in the glaze and roll them in crushed waffle. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
