Cookies for
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The preparation process is quite simple, although care should be taken not to overwork the dough, keeping it light and tender. For neat, even cookies, pipe the dough using a pastry bag. As an alternative, you can use a plastic bag or a parchment paper cone. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
