Cookies for molds
Description
Homemade treats for tea. You can make a simple version by cutting the dough with suitable cookie cutters, or place a small amount of filling inside and bake. I prepare cookies with a custard filling, but sweetened condensed milk works perfectly as an alternative. Optionally, add walnuts or coconut flakes to the dough or filling. Decorate the finished cookies with powdered sugar and serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Chop 150 grams of nuts for the dough with a knife, place them in a bowl, add butter (300 grams), 1 egg, sugar, cocoa, and sift in the flour.
- 2
Step 2

2. Knead a soft and elastic chocolate dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap or parchment paper and refrigerate for several minutes.
- 3
Step 3

3. Take molds and grease each one with vegetable oil, then sprinkle lightly with flour.
- 4
Step 4

4. Take out the dough, pinch off a small piece, place it inside and press down. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 8 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

5. Remove the molds from the oven and turn them over; the cookies will fall out on their own. For any that get stuck, gently pry them out with a knife.
- 6
Step 6

6. Grind the remaining nuts using a meat grinder.
- 7
Step 7

7. In a bowl, add eggs, 100 grams of powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts.
- 8
Step 8

8. Place the saucepan over a double boiler and whisk the contents using a whisk.
- 9
Step 9

9. In another saucepan, place the butter and add the remaining powdered sugar, beat until a smooth mixture forms.
- 10
Step 10

10. Beat the mixture until a homogeneous mass forms.
- 11
Step 11

11. Place the egg-sugar mixture over a water bath, add the whipped butter, and mix everything thoroughly. Let the cream cool slightly.
- 12
Step 12

12. Take one half of the cookie and place a small amount of cream inside.
- 13
Step 13

13. Take the second half and press both halves together.
- 14
Step 14

14. Place the cookies on a plate and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
