Instructions

Step 1

Beat the soft, but not melted, butter with sugar. Add the egg and beat again. Then add the baking soda, activated with vinegar, and mix well.
- 2
Step 2

Divide the resulting mixture into two parts.
- 3
Step 3

Add cocoa to one part and mix. To the white part, you can add a little coconut flakes.
- 4
Step 4

Then, add an equal amount of flour to both parts and knead white and chocolate dough.

Step 5

We'll make the cookies in two ways. The first method: lightly wet your hands with water and pinch off a piece of dough. Roll it into a ball and slightly flatten it; the cookie thickness should be 1–1.5 cm. This gives you these cookie blanks. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6
Step 6

Roll out the remaining dough separately into two thin layers. Place one on top of the other.
- 7
Step 7

And roll it up tightly into a roll.
- 8
Step 8

Slice into rounds 1-1.5 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 9
Step 9

Bake the cookies in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
