Crispy and delicious "Biscotti" cookies are perfect with both tea and coffee. When dipped in tea or coffee, they don't get soggy but absorb the liquid well. The recipe for "Biscotti" cookies is quite simple, and all ingredients are easily accessible. You can use any nuts for these cookies—walnuts, pistachios, peanuts. Mixing several types of nuts will make it even more interesting. If you don't like cocoa, you can omit this ingredient from the recipe.

Beat the soft butter with sugar and cinnamon.

Add one egg and one spoon of flour in three stages, beating continuously. Then add the milk.

Chop the nuts with a knife or rolling pin and add them to the mixture along with the cocoa. Mix well.

Mix the remaining flour with the baking powder and knead the dough with the obtained mixture.

The dough should be quite thick. Wet your hands with water and shape them into 3 loaves. Place them on a baking sheet and put into a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove and let cool slightly.

Slice the baked baguettes into pieces. The thickness of the slices should be slightly more than 1 cm.

Reduce the oven temperature by 10-15 degrees. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
