1. First, separate the egg yolks from the whites, then beat the whites separately until thick foam forms, and separately rub the yolks with sugar. Vanilla can be used in pure form or as vanilla sugar.

3. The resulting mass should be slightly thicker than sour cream.

4. Take molds, grease them with oil, and pour in the mixture. You can mix part of the batter with cocoa—then you can make a real Barney the Bear (with a chocolate layer).

5. Place the molds into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. As soon as the cookies turn golden brown, they are ready to be taken out. Do not rush to remove the cookies from the molds—let them cool down first so they easily release from the sides.
