Cookies
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This cookie is very easy to prepare, and all the ingredients can always be found in your fridge. The best part of this recipe is that the dough can be frozen and used as needed. The cookies turn out very aromatic, light, crumbly, not overly sweet, and incredibly delicious. Both my husband and children love them. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Rub the yeast with sugar.
- 2
Step 2
Add the egg to the resulting mixture and mix until smooth.
- 3
Step 3
Mix the flour with the margarine, add the yeast and knead the dough. It's best to do this by hand so you can feel the elasticity of the dough; it should come out fairly firm.
- 4
Step 4
If the dough sticks, add a little flour.
- 5
Step 5
From the ready-made dough, make cookies 0.5-0.7 cm thick, then roll each one in sugar on all sides.
- 6
Step 6
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven until done. The cookies should rise and turn golden brown. In my oven, they require 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 7
Step 7
Before serving, you can sprinkle the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
