Cookies
Description
The cookies must definitely be small. To keep the shape approximately the same, use a piping bag. Since the cookies spread a little while baking, place the dough portions at a distance from each other. This will prevent the pieces from sticking together. After baking, the cookies must be left to stand for a couple of hours at room temperature; the fruit preserve will soak into the pastry, and it will become soft and tender.
