Rocky Road Cookies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Rocky Road translates as "rocky (or thorny) road." It's either an Australian or American dessert—this isn't so important. The main thing is that the cookies turn out incredibly delicious and very chocolatey. There are no difficulties in preparation; even children can take part in cooking. Rocky Road cookies look very attractive when sliced, and you can add whatever you like. However, the main ingredients are always the same—chocolate, nuts, and marshmallows. Serve chilled.

1. Crush the shortbread cookies.

2. Add the chopped nuts and cut marshmallows to the cookies.

3. Two types of chocolate and butter need to be melted over a water bath.

4. Add the melted chocolate to the other ingredients and mix well.

5. Line the mold with plastic wrap and place the resulting mixture into it. Smooth it out well and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

6. Cut the hardened mixture into pieces. Rocky Road can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorated with colorful icing.
