Beat 115 grams of butter with sugar, then add the eggs, 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla, and the vinegar-milk mixture. Mix the dry ingredients into the beaten butter-egg mixture.

2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and shape into 2 rolls. Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and slice it into thin rounds. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
