Step 1

First, you need to prepare the dough. For this, take a clean bowl with high sides, crack two raw chicken eggs into it, add 150 grams of sugar and baking soda. Rub all the ingredients together until the mixture turns white.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, place the chopped butter, wheat flour sifted several times through a sieve, and cocoa powder. Use your hands to turn all the ingredients into crumbs.

Step 3

Mix the dry and wet ingredients, knead until you get an elastic, pliable dough. Roll it out into a sheet about half a centimeter thick, placing food film on the work surface beforehand.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the washed and dried prunes with raisins, add the cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve, and beat in a raw chicken egg. Add the remaining brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Place the filling onto the dough, covering half of its surface.

Step 5

Cover the filling with the loose edge of the dough and transfer everything onto a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil or lined with parchment paper. Make slits with a sharp knife, then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely, then cut into pieces.
