Liver in cream in a multicooker

   Peel the onion and garlic. Then slice the onion into half-rings and mince the garlic clove. Rinse the liver and let the water drain off.

   Pour oil into the bottom of the multicooker container. Then add the liver, followed by the onion and garlic on top. Sprinkle with pepper, khmeli-suneli, and salt. Mix the ingredients. Then pour in the cream.

   Cook in "Bake" mode for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Serve the liver hot with a side dish.
