Liver in beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I like this simple liver in beer recipe for several reasons. First, it's very quick to prepare, and all the main ingredients are always on hand. Second, the liver turns out so tender in the crispy beer batter that it's impossible to resist. Since our entire family loves liver, we cook this dish very often. I highly recommend you try this beer-battered liver recipe—I'm sure the result will pleasantly surprise you. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

The first rule in preparing liver is that it must be chilled. Of course, you can use frozen liver, but the result won't be the same. So, clean the liver from veins,薄膜, and so on, wash it, and if necessary, cut it into smaller pieces.

Step 2

Then salt the liver and season with spices to your taste. I use ground black pepper and paprika. Mix well so that each piece is evenly coated.

Step 3

Pour cold beer into a deep bowl, add salt, and gradually sift in flour. The batter should be quite liquid. Beat until smooth and homogeneous.
- 4
Step 4

Heat oil in a skillet, dip each piece of liver into the batter and place it in the skillet.
- 5
Step 5

Sear on all sides for several minutes until a crispy crust forms. If juice comes out of the liver, you can fry it a little longer.

Step 6

Garnish the cooked liver with fresh herbs and serve with any side dish of your choice. The liver turns out incredibly delicious, both hot and cold.
