Description

The recipe won't take much time. Beef liver is an incredibly nutritious product, a real treasure trove of vitamins and beneficial substances. It contains vitamins A, B, E, K, as well as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and calcium. Due to its high iron content, liver is especially recommended for those suffering from anemia. If you care about your health, be sure to include liver in your diet. Serve hot.

    Finely chop the peeled onion.

    Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and add the onion. Select the "Baking"/"Cake" mode.

    Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater.
