Liver in a pot
Description
Regardless of whether you prefer tender chicken liver or firmer beef liver, when cooked according to this recipe, it turns out very tender and juicy, as it is baked in a casserole dish in sour cream sauce and its own juices. You can serve it right in the casserole dish or immediately pair it with any side dish (porridge, potatoes, pasta). It will be a perfect fit for a festive table or an ordinary dinner.
