Liver in an air fryer
Description
Cooking liver in an air fryer is very easy, and this recipe is especially helpful when you don't have access to a stove or oven. I'm using pork liver, but you can use any other kind. Cut the liver into pieces, add onions and sauce ingredients, place everything into a casserole dish, and bake in the air fryer. There's no need to monitor the process, so you can calmly attend to other household chores or prepare a side dish. Perfect for busy homemakers or those who can't spend much time at the stove. Delicious, quick, and healthy.
