Liver stewed with potatoes
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Wondering what to cook for lunch? Prepare liver stewed with potatoes using this recipe! You'll only need a few easily accessible ingredients and a little time. The dish turns out very tasty and filling—you'll feed your whole family until they're full! So, here's my recipe for liver stewed with potatoes: 1. First, boil beef liver in salted water. 2. At the same time, boil potatoes until half-cooked. Do not discard the broth; we'll need it later. 3. Let the liver cool slightly, then remove the veins and membranes. Cut the meat into strips. 4. Cut the potatoes into small bars (batons). 5. Slice onions and pickled cucumbers into rings or half-rings. 6. Next, layer the liver, potatoes, and the onion-cucumber mixture into a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour a little of the potato broth into the dish. 7. Place the dish into a preheated oven and bake the liver with potatoes at 200°C (390°F). The dish is ready when the broth has evaporated and the potatoes are nicely browned. Serve hot.
