Pork liver in a multicooker
Description
1. I suggest you a fairly simple recipe for pork liver in a multicooker. First, you need to prepare the liver. Wash it and remove all the films. One of the reasons some people avoid this offal is its characteristic bitterness, which cooking alone doesn't eliminate. To get rid of it, soak the liver in milk for 1–1.5 hours. 2. Mix a small amount of flour with sour cream and stir thoroughly. Add a little mustard. 3. Peel the onions and slice them thinly into half-rings. 4. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Add the onions and sauté for about 3–4 minutes on the "Frying" setting. 5. Rinse the liver and cut it into portion-sized pieces. 6. Add the liver to the multicooker and sauté for another 5 minutes (be careful not to overcook, so the pork liver doesn't become tough). 7. Pour in the sour cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices if desired. 8. Add a little water or broth. To give the dish a nice color, you can pour in a bit of strong tea. Cook on the "Stewing" setting for about 45–60 minutes (depending on your multicooker's power). Serve the liver with your favorite side dish.
