Liver with mushrooms in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can cook any liver with mushrooms. This time I had chicken liver, but usually I use beef liver. Chicken liver cooks faster. To prepare liver with mushrooms in a multicooker, also take a frozen vegetable mix (green beans, carrots, etc.), about 300 grams of mushrooms, and plenty of spices. Pre-cook the liver—bring it to a boil, then drain the water. Everything is cooked very simply and quickly. Serve hot.

Now place all the ingredients into the multicooker. If you want to have sauce, add a glass of water. Set the mode to either "Stewing" for one hour or "Baking" for 40 minutes. In other words, you can fry the liver with vegetables or stew it. Don't forget to add spices!
