
Chicken liver stewed with onions

Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly, remove the membranes, and cut into small pieces. Then heat a pan with vegetable oil and add the liver to the pan.

Peel the onion and cut into pieces of any size. I cut mine into half-rings.

Fry the liver in a pan for one minute, then add the chopped onion.

Cook the onion and liver over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Then add broth or water, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Next, add butter, salt, and ground black pepper. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes.
