
Beef liver, fried in pieces
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Beef liver is naturally tough and may have a distinct odor. Many home cooks pre-soak it in milk or vinegar water, and also remove the membrane and veins. It results in a delicious dish that can be served with porridge, potatoes, or pasta. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Wash the liver and cut it into small pieces. Rinse thoroughly, place in a bowl of water, add vinegar, and let it sit for 20 minutes, then rinse again.

Peel the ginger and grate finely, then mix it with minced garlic and ground black pepper.

Peel and finely chop the onion, heat a frying pan and sauté the onion, then add mustard seeds, ginger with garlic, and all the spices, heat for a minute.

Add the pieces of liver to the pan, stir, pour in 0.5 cup of water, salt to taste, and fry until cooked through (about 20 minutes).
