
Fried beef liver with onions
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Frying beef liver is very simple. However, to make it tender, soft, and juicy, you need to know a few nuances. Often we are advised to place liver pieces on a hot pan and quickly sear them over high heat. After such cooking, it won't be tough, but if you don't like "rare" meat, this method won't suit you. The liver won't cook through and will remain red or pink inside. I suggest my own method. I place the liver pieces on the pan, cover it with a lid, and cook over the lowest possible heat, turning them from side to side. I avoid browning them too much on the outside, and thanks to the low heat, they cook thoroughly inside. Season the liver with salt only when it's fully cooked. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for cooking the liver.

Wash the beef liver and remove the film.
