
Stuffed patty squash with mushrooms
Description

Wash the patty pans, dry them, and cut off the tops. Use a spoon to remove the flesh. Salt the inside of each patty pan and brush with vegetable oil, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Separate the zucchini flesh from the seeds and place it on a plate.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

In a pan, sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil; you can also add butter. Cook until golden brown.

Sauté the pattipan flesh separately for 3-5 minutes until tender. Add salt to taste.
