Pasta with pumpkin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pastynar is a dish from Armenian cuisine—very tasty, incredibly aromatic, and delicious. All the ingredients complement each other perfectly, so you can confidently serve pastynar even at a festive table. It can be enjoyed on its own or accompanied by a side dish. Preparation is quite simple. First, all ingredients are sautéed separately, then layered and simmered in sour cream and their own juices, with the addition of fragrant herbs and garlic. It's extremely hard to resist! Be sure to try it. Serve hot.
