Description
The baking is simple and quick. Preparing a shepherd's pie is not difficult at all, especially if you follow the step-by-step instructions. Cook with pleasure and you’ll succeed. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour vegetable oil onto a heated pan, add the ground meat, fry for 2–3 minutes, then add finely chopped onion, grated carrot, and garlic.

While the minced meat is cooking, peel the potatoes and set them to boil.

Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary to the ground meat, pour in a glass of dry red wine, reduce the heat, and let the wine vapors evaporate.

Add the tomato paste and continue frying.

Add the chicken broth and sauté until the liquid evaporates.

Drain the water from the boiled potatoes, mash them into a puree, and add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan.

Add two yolks and mix well.

Add chopped green onion to the puree.

Place the ground meat on the bottom of the baking dish.

Place the mashed potatoes on the meat and use a fork to create “waves”.

Bake the pie for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve the shepherd's pie hot; it can be complemented with stewed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, or green peas. It's very tasty, trust me, and be sure to make it.
