Shepherd's pie (very delicious)
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. This pie combines a meat dish with a side. You can use pork or beef mince, or even replace the mince with finely chopped pieces of meat. The potatoes should be well-cooked to make mashing easier. Add a little chicken broth to the mashed potatoes—they'll turn out much tastier and more aromatic. Cheese is a must-have ingredient for this pie—generously grate it over the potato layer at the end of cooking.
